Andy is a Web Developer whose core technical skills include working with PHP, Flash, ActionScript, Javascript and MySQL databases. Andy is a graduate who joined Toucan in July 2006 and in that time has created and maintained a number of key websites, including Armada Finance and Devon County Show.
