1.     The Advent Calendar and main prize draw promotion is open only to UK residents, aged over 18, excluding employees of Toucan Graphic Design Ltd ("Toucan").

2.     The promotion will run from 9.00 am on 1^st December 2010 until 4.00pm on 24^th December 2010, but within that time period there will be separate ‘prize slots'  with prizes provided by Clients of Toucan and also by Toucan.  Each prize is available for one day only on the date of promotion.

3.     To enter:  visit www.toucandesign.co.uk and register your details for free, or if you have already registered, log in at www.toucandesign.co.uk/advent.htm.  When the doors open you will be informed whether or not you have won a prize and if so what the prize will be. 

4.     If you are a prize winner click on the link and complete the form to claim your prize.

5.     No purchase necessary.

6.     You may play once each day. 

7.     Players may win more than one prize during the promotion

8.     The Prizes will vary daily, details of the day's prize will be given once the door is opened Prizes have been supplied by and are the responsibility of the relevant clients of Toucan and their terms and conditions apply.  A full list of prizes donated can be viewed at www.toucandesign.co.uk/Advent-Calendar-Prizes/.

9.     The prizes are awarded using random odds supervised by Toucan. Prizes may be collected from Toucan's office by prior arrangement or posted to the winner.  Please allow up to 28 days delivery to the address entered at registration.

10.  Prizes are non transferable and no cash equivalent is available

11.  Players will receive one entry into the main prize draw each time they open an advent calendar window.    Players may enter the main prize draw a maximum of once each day by opening the day's door on the advent calendar.

12.  All entries to the main prize draw will be drawn on 4^th January 2011.  There will be one prize  winner who will be selected at random and will be contacted by telephone.

13.  If any winner is unable to take up a prize for any reason, or if Toucan has not been able, after making reasonable efforts, to make contact with the winner, Toucan reserves the right to award that prize (without notice to the first winner selected) to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen shall not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever. Toucan shall not have any liability in such eventuality.

14.  Toucan reserves the right to publish the names of the winners, and all winners are required to give their full co-operation to all requests by Toucan or a promoter in connection with publicity for the competition, their entry, the prize or otherwise.

15.  By participating entrants agree to be bound by the these terms and conditions.

16.  Toucan reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value if circumstances make this necessary.

17.  Toucan reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

18.  Toucan accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to game play or delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.

19.  The decision of Toucan is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20.  Winners names will be published on Twitter and Facebook daily.

21.  The promoter reserves the right to hold void, terminate or suspend this promotion at any time.

22.  Entry to the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
